Personal Finance: pro’s- and con’s- on buying an old car versus a newer car

When your car looks too old. It’s true that modern light plates are brighter when new, than old, their light output drops as the outer lenses fog up. Sometimes, you can cure this by polishing the outer plastic but if you aren’t vigilant and don’t catch it in time, the yellowing is often too far gone to do anything about short of replacing the “assembly” – each of which typically costs $150 or more. And then you’ve just re-set the clock. In another three or four years, you’ll have to do it again – or live with the ugly looking headlights.

So basically good news about old cars is that they are cheaper and sorta use able. Good news about new cars is that they are new pretty, shiny, cooler looking most certainly faster. They work properly like a car should with some extra features. Bad news about old cars is that they are old junky looking, workable but slower, malfunctions happen constantly and etc. Bad news about new cars is that they cost a lot of money and many can’t afford that much money.

THANKS for reading this essay I hope you enjoyed reading it. I’ll post more soon and have a great rest of your day!
