Business 1: My 9-month plan to get a part-time job at no less than $20/hour to help a businessman improve his marketing

There are several steps to get an apprenticeship.

First things first is researching. I would most likely to start searching up for available apprenticeship spots. If I find an available spot from someone. I would look at how his business works, how much this person will pay, and basically get familiar with the job. I find it so hard to believe that there are so few businessmen who don’t know a thing about what I’ve learned in this course. As I’ve been told, that’s a great advantage to someone who wants to get a job promoting marketing techniques for businesses that actually work. Even if businessmen know about it, few of them will ever implement it. I know what that’s like because I’ve experienced it myself when it comes to starting a business of my own. 

During the summer break or any school week off I would observe other workers and people to see how things work and to familiarize the workspace surroundings. When school is over or I work while doing school getting familiar with the workspace and it’s surroundings won’t be that hard for me then. There are many goals to be reached before you might ever become an employee for someone who would rather you implement these new marketing techniques instead of doing it himself. He won’t have the time to or doesn’t know how. Anyway, that’s where I come in because I will know how and have already had experience doing just that. It’s a wonderful way to get a job. There’s always a chance you will find another one right around the corner after you complete each job.

If something comes out wrong because I can’t get a hold of someone or this person turns me down I would have to find a different summer job as a back up plan. Then launch my own business from home and through trial and error get it up and running or learn my lesson. To start off, you must first show how crucial testing is. Without testing, you won’t know how many people your ad is pulling and which ads work better than others. Persuading him to test all ads might be harder. He might not want to do it, but that’s how I will be able to do it for him, on a salary basis. If this businessman uses YP, it’s important that he drop it because it simply isn’t working. Then, you must design ad testing programs, if he isn’t willing to do it himself. It helps to have proof for each statement you make.
